Adopt a Moo Program
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or participating in the Adopt a Moo program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Nature of the Program (Symbolic Adoption Only)
The Adopt a Moo program is a symbolic adoption and entertainment-based experience.
Participation does not grant any ownership, legal rights, or claims to any animal. All animals remain the sole property of Bre and Cam Boyette.
Participants have no rights to:
- Visit the animals or property
- Handle, breed, sell, or claim any animal
- Make decisions regarding the care, use, or placement of any animal
This program is intended for enjoyment, support, and engagement only.
3. What You Receive
Depending on the package selected, participants may receive:
- Monthly Physical Mail: A mailed postcard sent approximately once per month. (only those residing in the continental U.S.)
- One-Time Bundle (if applicable): A one-time shipment that may include items such as a stuffed animal, book and other themed goods. You will receive the monthly physical post card.
- Digital Content (if applicable): Digital Postcard, photos and updates related to your selected cow (primarily for customers outside the continental U.S.)
Adopt a Moo does not guarantee exact delivery dates, but will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all items within a consistent monthly cadence.
4. Term Length and Renewal
Each adoption is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- This is a one-time payment covering the full term
- There is no automatic renewal
- Renewal, if offered, must be initiated by the customer at the end of the term
5. Animal Selection and Availability
Participants may select a specific cow at the time of purchase; however:
- Availability is not guaranteed long-term
- If a selected cow becomes unavailable for any reason (including but not limited to illness, death, sale, or operational changes), Adopt a Moo reserves the right to:Reassign a different cowContinue the program experience with a substitute animal
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued due to animal changes.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- This includes, but is not limited to:Dissatisfaction with content or experienceShipping delaysAnimal reassignmentFailure to engage with provided content
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Adopt a Moo is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by postal carriers
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once shipped
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information.
8. Program Modifications and Availability
Adopt a Moo reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time due to operational needs, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside of our control.
In such cases, Adopt a Moo may, at its sole discretion:
- Continue providing comparable content
- Adjust delivery formats
- Conclude the program without refund
9. Termination Rights
Adopt a Moo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Abuse or harassment
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of these Terms
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
10. Content Usage
Participants are permitted to share and repost content received through the program for personal, non-commercial use.
By participating, you grant Adopt a Moo the right to use:
- Submitted messages
- Photos
- Testimonials
for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adopt a Moo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
12. Changes to Terms
Adopt a Moo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Shipping Eligibility and Package Conversion Policy
Physical mail and bundle packages are only available to customers located within the continental United States.
By purchasing any physical mail or bundle package, you acknowledge and agree that you meet this requirement.
If a purchase is made using a shipping address outside of the continental United States, the following will apply:
- The order will be automatically fulfilled as a digital-only experience
- No physical mail or bundled items will be shipped under any circumstances
- The customer will continue to receive digital content for the duration of the adoption term
- The customer forfeits any price difference between digital and physical or bundle packages
- No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued
This policy exists due to international shipping limitations and costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify eligibility prior to purchase.
