Shipping Policy – Moo - Mail

Shipping Eligibility

Physical mail and bundle packages are only available to customers located within the continental United States.

Customers outside of the continental United States are not eligible to receive physical shipments and will receive a digital-only experience instead.

By placing an order for a physical mail or bundle package, you confirm that your shipping address is within the continental United States.


Orders Outside of Eligible Shipping Area

If an order is placed with a shipping address outside of the continental United States:

  • The order will be fulfilled as a digital-only experience
  • No physical items or bundled packages will be shipped
  • The customer will forfeit any price difference between purchased packages
  • No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address qualifies before completing a purchase.


Shipping Schedule

  • Physical mail (postcards or similar items) is sent approximately once per month
  • Bundle packages (if included) are shipped one time after purchase

Delivery timing may vary depending on processing time and carrier delays.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after purchase.

Delays may occur during high demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Carriers

We use standard shipping carriers (such as USPS or similar services) for all deliveries.

Tracking may not be available for all shipments, particularly standard mail items such as postcards.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Adopt a Moo is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

No replacements or refunds will be issued for these cases.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, Adopt a Moo is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays or delivery issues

If you experience an issue, you may contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
